We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything to the Worldofsmm site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
We don't guarantee that your followers, views, or anything you order from the website will stay for a lifetime.
The guarantee is for services not for followers, views, or likes. we refill if drops.
We guarantee for order not for profile. Refill is for order not for your profile
We guarantee the followers for a particular time if it's dropped from End count [start+Quantity you ordered]we refill under certain conditions. And the conditions are as follows
1. a] We don't refill if your quantity is less than 10% of the order
b] If the profile includes username change
c] If the profile includes other provider followers
RoketMedia DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts. We report respective social media support for breaking their guidelines. This shall remove your account from social media.
Orders placed in RoketMedia will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Roketmedia account if the order is non-deliverable.
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!
